DESCRIPTION:Experience the Clear Thinking Method and how it positively influences our brain\, body\, behavior and beliefs. \n  \nThis Online Group Coaching offers a safe space to personally practice the Clear Thinking Method in a small group setting. The group will be guided through the method with the ability for each participant to practice with careful and clear feedback if desired\, or with the privacy to participate without having to engage in discussion. The more we take time to practice and learn this method\, the more profound the positive internal changes in our beliefs and behaviors become. This group coaching is the perfect place to systematically work through personal challenges that can often keep us feeling stuck in a fight\, flight\, freeze\, or fawn response in relationships and difficult situations in life.
